RETURNS & REFUNDS

SCOPE
Because chain of custody and storage conditions cannot be verified once material leaves our facility, opened or used vials cannot be returned or resold and are not refundable. We do accept returns of unopened, undamaged vials with intact seals within 14 days of delivery, and we always make good shipments that arrive damaged, incorrect, or short.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
Email contact@cavrenresearch.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the affected item, and photographs of the outer carton, the packing insert and the vial. We will confirm within two business days and send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund for that item, at your choice. No return shipment is required for broken vials.

UNOPENED RETURNS
Request a return authorisation by email within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be sent back in the original packaging with seals unbroken; return shipping is paid by the customer, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Items that arrive back opened, unsealed or damaged are not refunded. CAVREN H2O and other manual-review items are not eligible for unopened return.

CANCELLATIONS
An order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched — email us with your order number. Once tracking has been issued the order can no longer be cancelled and the sections above apply.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval, or of a returned parcel being received and inspected. Your bank typically posts the credit within a further 3–10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the fault was ours.
