RESEARCH USE ONLY
Every item in the Cavren Research catalog is supplied for laboratory research and analytical use only. Nothing sold here is a drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic or medical device. It is not for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnostic, therapeutic or clinical use. By placing an order you confirm the materials will be handled by qualified personnel in an appropriate laboratory setting and will not be administered to humans or animals.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be 21 years of age or older and purchasing for a lawful laboratory research or analytical purpose. Entering the site requires confirming both statements at the research access gate, and that confirmation is recorded with your order. Orders that we believe are placed for personal use, resale as consumer goods, or any prohibited purpose will be cancelled and refunded in full.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept the order and confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel any order — including after payment — where stock is unavailable, the shipping destination is restricted, the eligibility confirmation is in doubt, or the item requires manual review. CAVREN H2O and other manual-review items are held until we have confirmed the order directly with you.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in US dollars per single vial and exclude shipping and any taxes or duties, which are calculated at checkout or charged on import. The price that applies is the one displayed at the time your order is accepted. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before charging and you may cancel. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment processor.

DOCUMENTATION
Batch documentation, where published, is made available in the documentation library and linked from the relevant catalog item. Documents are served exactly as issued by the testing laboratory and are never edited. Where a record shows a pending state, testing documentation for that batch has not yet been published and no analytical claim is made for it.

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND TITLE
Shipping timing and carriers are set out in the shipping policy; returns, replacements and refunds are set out in the returns policy. Both form part of these terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery by the carrier.

PROHIBITED USE
You may not resell Cavren Research materials for human or animal consumption, relabel them for consumer use, misrepresent their intended use, or export them contrary to applicable law. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any local restrictions on importing research chemicals.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Materials are supplied without any warranty beyond conformity with the published specification for the batch. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cavren Research is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW
We may update these terms; the version in effect when your order is accepted is the version that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
