SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are prepared for dispatch the same day; orders placed later, at weekends, or on US public holidays are prepared on the next business day. Items marked manual review — including CAVREN H2O — are held until we have confirmed the order with you by email, which adds up to one business day.

CARRIERS AND TRANSIT
Domestic US orders ship with USPS Priority Mail (typically 2–3 business days) or UPS Ground. An expedited UPS 2nd Day Air option is offered at checkout where the destination supports it. Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and exclude the processing window above.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination and selected service before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

PACKAGING
Vials are shipped in the standard Cavren packaging system: individually sleeved, seated in a moulded insert, and enclosed in a rigid outer carton. Lyophilised material is stable at ambient temperature during normal transit, so cold-chain shipping is not used unless we agree it in advance. Outer packaging is plain and carries no product names.

TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is created. If you have not received tracking within two business days of ordering, email contact@cavrenresearch.com with your order number.

DESTINATIONS
We ship to all 50 US states. International orders are accepted only where the destination permits the import of research materials and are reviewed individually before dispatch; any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the recipient's responsibility. Orders to a restricted destination are cancelled and refunded in full.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Report a package that is damaged, incorrect, or marked delivered but not received within 7 days of the carrier's delivery scan, by emailing contact@cavrenresearch.com with your order number and photographs of the outer carton and contents where relevant. We will replace or refund confirmed shipping failures. Addresses supplied incorrectly at checkout and packages returned as undeliverable are reshipped at the customer's cost.
